We manufacture flat solid glued wood panels and furniture components for European manufacturers — in oak, ash, beech, larch and pine, to your grade and dimensions.
From 30 December 2026, every operator placing wood products on the EU market must prove where the timber came from. Here is where we stand, so you can assess us before you spend time on specifications.
Every fibre in our panels comes from FSC-certified forests — the strongest claim level, not a Mix credit.

Ukraine holds low-risk country status under the EU Deforestation Regulation, which simplifies the due diligence European importers must carry out on our shipments.
We supply the harvest-plot geolocation data and supporting records your due diligence statement requires, per consignment.
Why this comes first. Most buyers we speak to in 2026 are re-qualifying their non-EU suppliers before the deadline rather than after it. If any of the above needs to go into your compliance file before we talk product, ask and we will send it the same week.

CUT TO SIZE · SANDED · MACHINED
Panels cut, sanded and machined to your component drawing, packed to your specification.
Minimum order is 30 m³ — roughly a third of a month's output. We work with manufacturers placing regular volume rather than one-off orders, which is what lets us hold raw material for you and keep the two-week urgent window open.
A panel fails in the finished piece of furniture, not on our floor. So the checks sit at every point where a defect can still be caught cheaply.
We go through the intended end use and the placement of visible sides of each furniture component with you, in detail, before anything is cut.
Timber passes an inspection focused on correct moisture content before it enters production. Wood that is not within tolerance does not go into a panel.
Once timber is cut into individual lamellas and before gluing, each lamella is checked. Unsuitable pieces are removed and redirected to further processing.
Lamellas are laid up by hand so the finished face reads as one harmonised surface rather than a set of mismatched strips.
A specially trained quality controller signs off the finished panels against the agreed specification before they are packed and loaded.
We hold our own raw material inventory. That is what allows us to absorb an unexpected order without pushing every other customer back.
Normal production and delivery cycle for a confirmed order within the standard programme.
Where a line has stopped or a delivery has fallen through, we can produce and ship in under two weeks.
Production runs under qualified staff in a controlled environment, monitored for suitability to the agreed end use. Packing follows your requirements, not ours — tell us how it needs to arrive at your line.
Some partners do not need a panel off a list. They need a component made to a drawing, repeatably, at a volume that justifies dedicating a line to it. We already run one European brand's full product line this way.
Drawing, species, grade, tolerances, finish, annual volume. The more precise the brief, the faster we can tell you whether it is realistic.
We confirm feasibility, raw material availability and pricing, then produce samples for your approval before anything is committed.
For committed volumes we will configure production around your component and run it as a dedicated programme.
BeeHappy is a Slovak company selling beehive frames and hives across Europe, made to each beekeeper's own dimensions from kiln-dried pine. Every one of those components is manufactured here, at our plant in Ukraine, to their drawings.
So when we say we can set up production around a partner's specification, there is a live European product line behind that claim — precision parts, individual customer dimensions, repeat volume, delivered into the EU. You can look at the finished product yourself.
BeeHappy is also our exclusive representative for the European market. Specifications, commercial terms and order coordination run through them in EU business hours and under EU contract terms, in German, Czech, Slovak or English.
We are actively looking to add furniture manufacturers and joinery workshops in these and neighbouring markets.
The fastest way to get a useful answer is species, grade, dimensions and monthly volume. We will come back with feasibility and a price — and, if you need it for your compliance file first, our certification documents.
